We understand that starting your kitchen project can be overwhelming. That’s why we put together a few resources to help guide you through the process. We want you to know what you can expect if you choose to work with Kitchen Express!
Referred by a home builder or general contractor?
Fill out the consultation request to the right with as much information on your project as possible. The salesperson who works with the contractor or builder will reach out to you and guide the process accordingly.
No referral or referred by a friend?
No problem! The steps below will walk you through our process and get you on the right track to new cabinets.
If you were referred by a friend be sure to mention it to us and we will see which salesperson they worked with.
If you want to move the design process along more quickly, it is helpful to have your project dimensions ready ahead of time.

Fill out our online form to the right with as much of your information as possible or give us a call to set up an appointment.
We will meet with you in our showroom to make selections and go over your layout with you.
If you need help or want to gather your ideas to bring in, you can use our Project Guide below.
After your appointment, we will design a layout and send you 3D drawings so you can get a visual of your new kitchen or bath. We will work with you to make adjustments if needed.
Once we have a layout that you are happy with, we will price out your selections.
If you are doing a kitchen, we will set up a time to come field measure to verify all dimensions.
Final adjustments will be made to your layout and pricing. Once we get your sign-off and deposit, we will get the order placed.
Lead times vary from line to line. If you choose our more basic cabinet line, they may take as little as 2 weeks to come in. If you go with more custom cabinetry, they could take 16-18 weeks. Please check with your salesperson for the most current lead times, as they are subject to change.
Your cabinets will be received in our warehouse at Kitchen Express. Your salesperson will then call you or your contractor to set up a convenient delivery day and time (delivery on weekdays only).
Our job is not done once the cabinets are delivered.
We stand behind our cabinetry and want our customers to be happy. We know that, with wood products, sometimes imperfections or issues occur. When concerns arise, we will work together to come up with a satisfactory solution.
