At our initial meeting we want to get to know you and hear about your project. How do you use your kitchen or bath? What style do you like? What special items are you looking for (such as roll out trays, spice racks, etc.)?
If you are building a new house and can bring your blueprints, we can use those measurements as a starting point. If you are remodeling an existing kitchen, bringing in measurements will get the process underway more quickly. For help on how to measure, click here. As we learn more about your lifestyle and vision, we can make personalized suggestions to enhance your design.
With an abundance of styles, finishes, and wood species to choose from, the process can become overwhelming. The design team here at Kitchen Express, Inc. will help guide you through all of these choices and more!
Our company offers many different lines of cabinetry, all with different levels of customization available. Most of our lines are made-to-order and may take between 2-8 weeks for delivery, depending on your selections. This is something to take into consideration when planning your project timeline.
Following our first meeting, we will prepare a design, keeping in mind your wish list and space functionality. We will present you with 3D drawings representative of the layout and style desired. We will discuss any modifications and make necessary changes until your vision is fulfilled.
To ensure that all measurements are accurate and finalized before ordering, we will come out to your home or build site and verify that everything is correct.
Once all measurements are verified and we receive your final approval, we will order your cabinetry. Prior to ordering, we will request a deposit be placed.
Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and Noon. We will work with you and/or your contractor to find a convenient delivery time.
Our job is not done once the cabinets are delivered. We love to see images of your final project and hear how everything turned out!
We also know that with wood products, sometimes there are imperfections or issues that occur. We stand behind our cabinetry and want our customers to be happy. When concerns arise we will work together to come up with a satisfactory solution.
